“SMT Construction” LLC pursues its activities in accordance with legislation of Azerbaijan Republic and is authorized to perform its works under relevant state certificate.
Acting as a united project team of its kind, the company staff has successfully executed a series of projects in the country. The company is always keen to perform its projects at the best quality and observe the environmental safeguards and labor protection principles, which currently is achieved by means of application of integrated management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 international standards.
Since the beginning of 2012 various type of construction works were performed in the EcoProduct 120 MT capacity refrigerated warehouse project. It includes excavation work, concrete and steel-concrete works in the frame of warehouse assembling, Construction of Track Unloading Station, adaptation of drawings related with proper enumerated activities, authority control, quality control, working draft design out, adaptation of drawings into construction norms of Azerbaijan Republic and so on.
“SMT Construction” LLC is currently performing in construction of 9 and 12 floors apartments by the social homes project carrying out by State Agency for Apartment Construction under the Azerbaijan Republic President. At same times we construct Azerbaijan Republic State Examination Centre Head Office building, different residential living complexes at Nasimi, Khatai, Sabail districts of Baku.
The property of the company along with developed professional skills of its staff extends also to many construction techniques and vehicles including high appreciations given by customers with regard to the quality of performance of construction and installation projects have provided durable successes of the company and made it a valuable partner in the construction market.
